AWESOME - Let's get you rolling on your way to becoming a delegate at LTC!

The registration fee for LTC 2025 is still only $450 - that's right, we did NOT increase the cost at all for our 70th annual Leadership Training Conference!

Our registration fee includes ALL program activities, air conditioned lodging, meals, AND your color group tee shirt! There will also be snacks and various LTC souvenirs (hats, sunglasses, photos, etc.) for sale at the Conference Store throughout each session.

Depending on whether you're a future delegate ready to register or a school advisor or principal wanting to reserve spaces for students of your school, there are two different online forms...

STUDENTS & PARENTS - register as a delegate!

First you need to submit the online Delegate Registration Form (linked to below), which will get basic information that we need into our system.

After submitting this form, you will be taken to a web page where you can download and print the following items:

  • Welcoming Letter - with information you'll need to know about coming to LTC
  • Medication Administration Form - which must be completed and mailed to us ONLY if you will be bringing medication with you to LTC

Students and parents can register directly for LTC using the online form linked to above; you do NOT need to reserve spaces before or after submitting this form.

Unless your school is paying the entire registration fee, a non-refundable deposit payment of at least $100 must be made by credit card at the time of registration.

ADVISORS & PRINCIPALS - reserve spaces for your school!

Don't allow your school to be left out; you can reserve spaces with a 50% deposit long before you know exactly which students will attend. To reserve places in either session of LTC...

Then mail the printed confirmation with your 20% deposit ($90 per delegate) or full payment ($450 per delegate) to the address below:

Spaces will not be reserved for your school until the 20% deposit (or full payment) has been received. Given the large number of delegates we typically have, we encourage all schools to reserve their spaces as soon as possible.

All reserved spaces must be filled by June 15, 2025. After that date, we reserve the right to release them to other interested potential delegates.
